1. Maritime Transport Company

2. Industrial Fishing

This involves the purchase of fishing vessel to carry deep sea fishing. According to the 2007 Economic and Financial reports, fish production has stagnated at 120 .000tonnes including 10.000 tonnes from Industrial Maritime Fishery, 60.000 tonnes from small scale maritime fishery and 50.000 tonnes from small scale inland fishery. 3. Light Resort Hotel

The promoter is looking for investment partners to take the venture. The project is located in Buea South West Province Cameroon. Buea was formerly the capital of Southern Cameroon. Buea, apart from its historical and geographical reasons, it attracts thousands of tourists .

This project involves processing of cassava to gari, flour, starch etc. cassava is an important food crop for urban and rural consumers. The agribusiness sector is hardly using cassava as a raw material (less than 1%). 6. Rice production

Demand for rice in West and Central Africa (WCA) has been growing at the rate of 6% per annum since 1973, and now amounts to over 8 million metric ton per annum. Increased consumption is due both to population growth (average of 2.9% per annum) and to the increased shave price in the diet of the African population. The project document is on demand.
